Millions Call

I have suddenly started receiving random phone calls to my cell phone (last few days). They are all different numbers. Everytime I get one I add it to my 'call reject' list but it doesn't do much good b/c I just get another one from another number. This 310-361-0228 is one from earlier today. Is there such a a thing as a cell phone virus? So frustrating.

This collection agency called GRC or general corporate income are quite friendly, if you tell them that they are contacting the wrong person at least, and say that they will take out the wrong information.
