Millions Call

I received this message from (323) 531-8732. It looks like a scam. It’sa Google doc with Illinois Secretary of State heading asking for social security number, date of birth and other personal information but it’s not directly from Illinois Secretary of State

This person keeps texting vulgar messages to me and my boyfriend. They also will block their calls and then call all thru out the night.  They indicate to my boyfriend that they know when he is gone. Which tells me they are driving by our house. Trying to get detectives a little more involved, but can't get them to even return my call.

Called but left no voice message..

I recieve a call from this number today, the guy state he is mr chen from ups, there is a delivery for me. i state i didn't order anything, ask him which ups, he say las vegas, i say you are lying. whatever it is, not interested. Hung up, he call back again, say what my problem, i told him don't call no more. He call back the 3rd time, left message, say is urgent to speak to them, what part they don't get? i do not think the guy call mr chen is chinese.
