Since 10-10-12, I keep getting calls to my mobile phone from this number at all hours. It appears to be coming from Shepherdsville, KY. I know no one from that area so I don't answer, and they leave no message.

Michael Turner first called my daughter who forwarded the # to me - he said that there is a court date of Aug. 31 for an online payday loan - when I asked how long ago, he says 2009 - started telling me that it was through my credit union and that they would settle for 1900. When I asked for paperwork where I signed anything he said it was through an e-mail address where I gave the payday company my acct. #'s and routing number. I told him that I don't owe it and that since the debt is 4 years old they cannot do anything to me - at that point he started talking over me and said "see you in court, Mrs. Miller" and hung up on me. I have since blocked the number.
