This person calls never leaves message do not recognize the number but, this person needs something productive to do in life better yet get a life. Don't be a pest.

They call many times a day, sometimes one call right after another.  This has been going on for over a week now.

I have received multiple text messages from this number in recent weeks thanking me for visiting a web site and telling me I won a 200 dollar Walmart card.
