someone with a restraining order pending

Calling number 876-583-2172 (Kingston, Jamacia). He said he had a check for $50,0.00 for me that I had won in a contest.    I told him I had not entered a contest.    He said that I had filled out a form at a gas station, or maybe Wal Mart.    I told him no I had not. He was very insistent and started asking questions.    I told him I thought this was a scam and hung up.

this phone number called me several times on my cell phone and its a machine message saying calling from resort center. SPAM
