This guy is calling me all day and texting me about personal stuff.    I dont know who he is and hes using fould language and in appropriate behavior over the phone.    He is also saying things about my kids and I dont apprecriate that at all.

this person has called me no less than 14 times wanting phone sex, and she uses 6 other cell phones to keep ahead of the law

Little kids should not have cell phones unless supervised. They are constantly prank phone calling texting my father. I called the number and the parent of the child was very defensive. In conclusion, kids should not have phones, and parents should act more like adults.
