I got a call claiming to be Dell Financial Services asking me to call this number. I think its a scam.

When the credit card companies really do find a possibly fraudulent charge, they ask you to call them at the number on your card.  I've never had them call and ask for info - they just leave a message asking to call them. That way you know who you are calling
