The call acutally came in as 907-0-396471. A message was left that I need to have at least $30 in credit card dept to apply and one credit card in good standing. This is obviously a scam.

I asked why they hang up on me when I do answer and the girl apologized for that happening. I told her if they can't talk to me when I answer, then take me off your list and stop calling me, that they have been calling and hanging up for a year now. I did not give her the opportunity to verify my name or any other information. I asked her to take me off her list and promptly hung up.
