SMS three times non stop. attempted to ring no. back & sms this however no reply anybody have this identical problem with this no. ???

Posing as power company and saying power will be disconnected within 30 mins if no return call.

The carrier of this phone number called our emergency line (all phones are forwarded to this phone during the night) several times and did not respond after each call. Our emergeny line was tied up for a long time because everytime we hang up, the phone continued to ring non-stop and it was late @ night like past midnight.There was a lot of rowdiness on the background where the calls were made. Due to emergency concern, the police was notified on another phone line when finally the owner of the phone spoke (while we were talking to the officer) and said he did not try to contact us for an emengency. This person or owner of the phone seems unresponsible and discourteous, didn't say why he kept on calling and disrupted our emergency phone system, not to mention possible fire or fire related incidents during the time that he had the emergency line tied up for probably more than 2 hours probably longer....
