had a ring about a lost/stolen debit card

Continuous calls for a week now. Never leaves a message. Not recognized, so I'm not answering.

I keep getting calls from this number. When they leave a message they do not identify who they represent or who they are trying to reach. The only name given is the name of the person making the call asking me to call them back. Why would I even consider returning the call when they give me no information?
