i have got six rings in three weeks with this no. No msg left. Does anybody recognise exactly what this was about?

Sounds to me like they are making a collect call and are asking me to press '1' to accept. Wontt tell me who call is from so I dont accept!

Spoke with somebody who is reasonable & deleted our new no. with their directory. . To get to a live customer support representative: dial * 0 number 0 * soon as the recorded system asks for account info.
