Cold caller........didn’t recognise number so I don’t answer, if they wanted me they should leave a voicemail but they don’t , beware this number

ended up leaving no msg just put the phone down.

Called my number. No voicemail. Then texted me. Text said "Who is this?" Did not reply because I have NO clue who this person is. I did not call their number but it shows they called me.
