Robocaller about electricity sales

Called and asked for sales. I told them they had the wrong number. Called back and asked about my business name. I felt between the phone number and the foreign accent it was probably a sack or unsolicited sales so I hung up.

have called @ least 7 times multible times each day hangs up and calles right back

Caller ID says Kim C. I screen though and have never picked up... They don't leave a message.
