Millions Call

I received a message from (419) 285-6379 from a woman claiming to be Kim Thompson. She was demanding records on a student. She promised grave legal consequences if I didn't respond immediately. I couldn't understand the name because this Kim Thompson has a strong foreign accent, possibly Asian. I have not been able to backtrack the number further than here, supposedly the number comes from the Put In Bay area in Ohio. I strongly suspect this is either a scam or phishing attempt. I reported this to the FTC.

Great people. we get to place a add on a leading radio station for little money. & sometimes when we pay the identical day as the ring. these people give us free spots. when we do not pay the identical day these people give us just like 3 days to pay soon after the spots run. really helpfull in this economy.

The person calls doesn't say anything I can hear background sound or people talking. When I call back the person doesn't answer the call and it goes to automated voicemail.
