got automated msg offering a low interest rate on a existing cc however didnt indicate exactly what cc firm. The recorded message instructed us to press '1' to talk to a operator, which we did. this subsequently called at the other end & subsequently cut off us. we havent been able to ring the no. back.

I have received 3 calls to an unlisted number from this number for the last 3 weeks. Saying they are a working for a client regarding a file. and then give a 877-490-6715x5312 as a call back. This looks like a scam to me. Who owns this number?
