Called MANY times over several days and never leaves a message

Im investigating if i have been scammed. This number was given to me by my bank, i called and i got a voicemail for BCN like it states in my account. But no info comes up when i look up this number, might be a scam. I find it very odd to get a voicemail if they work with lawyers and debt collectors like they claimed.
