Received a call from this number, the guy knew my first name and IDed himself as calling for Lodge 23 of the FOP. When I asked where lodge 23 was located he went into a act of his phone was cutting out then when I told him I was a retired cop and demanded to know where lodge 23 was located the line went dead. This is obviously a scam, although some law enforcement groups do local phone fund raising the FOP never has to my knowledge, and I have been a member of a FOP in the past.
