Multiple issues have been filed on 2020-02-25 with the FCC in regard to unsolicited calls from (561) 513-4132

They have been at this for longer then a year. Either a SCAM or IRS FRAUD call. Turn them in to Fresno County Sheriffs Department. No IRS office in this small farm town of Parlier, CA. The IRS will never call you, they nail you by mail.

Has called 4 times in 3 minutes but doesnt leave a message.
