I had same as above, says CASSOCPOLICE, they called yesterday, and I did not answer. Probably a scam.

Scammer

This was capital one phoning on delinquent accounts.

Called me today, I didn't pick it up since it is an unknown number, they left no message. I called back after doing *67 and the guy says they are a financial planning company. So maybe this is a debt collector. The future will tell.

Called me at 5:30 PM, silence then hung up
