Agency - Debt Collector but did not leave company name. Was verbally abusive on the phone

girl stated he is doing a environmental survey. he needed to recognise when we owned our house & when we got a septic tank. we started looking questions & he stated 'You do not must shout at me' & put the phone down. We are on the national do not ring directory. it is our phone. he rang me, unsolicited, & besides that he is impolite.

Calls listens, then hangs up....no words.
