Millions Call

I recieved two calls from a person at 716-821-9205 AND 716-240-6019. They answered the phone with "How can I direct your call"? I asked who they were; they refused to tell me; hungup after smart remarks. I called back. They answered with same phrase. I asked,"Is this a legal law firm"? Person on other end repeated what I would ask. I then said, "Obviously you are not a legal firm and I am going to report you for harrassment". The lady yelled at me to GET off her phone (2x) and then hung up on me. How can I report this call / party / entity?

This call shows up as a Michigan call.    But it is a collector calling from St. Louis, MO.
