TransWorld Systems "spoofing" Benton, Saline County, Arkansas telephone #s? Is that not against the law?

This person kept calling me and harrassing me, also was harrassing me through text message

requested when We are still driving a specific make/model vehicle. we stated 'no' & these people politely ended the ring.

I keep getting text messages from this number. They have my first name and offer to self me diet supplements

Got a call on my cell phone. This number is in New Brunswick, Canada. Don't know anyone in that province.
