Now since this may be considered as a scam, what should she expect?

This company, IEC has scammed us of $50.00 under the premise of buying our timeshare weeks in Mexico. They never paid us our money filed a complaint with the Oklahoma Attorney Generals office and a branch of the FBI that investigates internet fraud.
