Millions Call

Number was not in my contacts so I did not pick up. There was a 4 second empty voicemail. This is an indicator of a SPAM call.

we rang the no. back. however no call even. just like this does not accept rings we guess.

ring is called in & no msg is left. No identification is given. The next day a sms message came in with 8002880042 stating this is a prize notofication & to ring 8022990042. That region code is reported as not in service.

I want to know who this number belongs to
