CALLER REPRESENTED HIMSELF AS A LOTTERY OFFICIAL. TRIED TO GET ME TO SEND HIM 350.00 SO HE COULD RELEASE MY MILLION DOLLAR PRIZE. AALSO TRIED TO SOLICIT MY PERSONAL INFORMATIOM. SCAM

A man by the name of Mr. James left a message saying he was calling about a package that he was from the United Postal Service.  When I called back the number left he answered hello so I hung up.  He called back right away knowing my name.  He now habitually calls .  Another person called a week later saying he was Mr. James from Publisher sweptstakes winner.

got a identical yelling, screeching hardly audible ring. . began off the identical as that already reported. put the phone down.

con ring. attempting to get us send money via Western Union. stated we won money however we wanted a receipt with Western Union to be able to collect.
