It´s an automated service that is speaking in Mandarin telling you that you have an important document to pickup and press 9 to continue.

The owner form this silly no. rings us daily & we can not contact them later soon as we attempt to ring to this no. i am very pissed-off.

I received a phone call from this number asking me when the Mayor of my district would end.

Stop calling...these robo and spoofing call are very inconsiderate, time consuming and disrespectful. Most sane folk will not even answer,

text recieved: 'heyaa cody' I replied who is this? I got an instant reply that said hi add me on Ymsngr...then an address. This is obviously a scam. It is generated from the Northampton, Massachusetts area.
