Sometimes nothing but background noise then they disconnect the call.

I just got 2 calls from this number asking about a Lionel something or other..I have no clue who he i, who they are or what they want.

Why do they keep calling?

Anybody? no answer, no person, no message who is it?

I am getting text from this number pretending to be someone giving away money, and asking for personal information.
