a very disturbing and insulting text message came to me from this number.

I keep getting a notification on my T-Mobile android phone that I have a voice mail from this number. When I access my voice mail from my phone it says I have no new voice mails. When I try to call this number back from my land land line or Verizon phone I get a message that says, "We could not complete your call. Please try again." The call is then disconnected. The latest VM is dated 10/21/12. I have received maybe 2 or 3 of these VM notifications over the last 6 months and have never been able to contact the alleged sender.
