Got 3 back to back calls from 614-321-1548 this morning. They finally left a message which was for my daughter. In typical bill collector fashion trying to scare people they said case has been opened and they need to verify your address and place of employment to serve papers. They provided a claim number and call back number of 844-394-3311 saying my daughter has 24 hours to call back. If I had a dollar for every time someone I know has gotten a call like this or I have read an online post saying they same thing I could go on quite the exotic vacation. It should be against the law for them to falsely leave these bogus messages for people. Just be straight forward and say what debt you are calling to collect on.
