I was getting daily calls for a few days straight while I'm not home and they don't leave a message. I searched this phone number and saw a comment for a similar phone number telling of a do not call request service at 866-246-7196. I called to see if it'll work for this phone number and they did verify this phone number was on their list so they added my receiving phone number to the do not call list and a couple of days later the calls stopped.

Reported as Unsafe and Scam Risk. Robocaller ignoring do not call registration. No Caller ID. Fails to leave voicemail. Report to FTC and block number.

A person/recording is saying hello before I have a chance to say anything, then they hang up.

They call in the mornings, sometimes once a week, and never leave a message.
