I have been getting threatening calls from someone named Tom Smith ! claims to be someone from state attorneys office. He is going to sue me but I don't know why ! He is a foreigner and I can't understand anything he says! Once I thought he said PaydayMax but I don't owe those people! He leaves me a call back number but it can't be reached !

This number has been calling us NON STOP. I used my phone system to block it, but it still rings once then hangs up on them. THEY HAVE TRIED TO CALL US NOW 30 times in less than an hour!
