No call or voicemail from the number

I normally don't pick up strange numbers but since i live in this state area code I picked up, asked who it was some guy was like this is the wrong number but he was disguising his voice so it was sounding deeper than it actually was, gave me the creeps so bad i told my bf about it cuz it bothered me that bad ! I'm hoping its just a prank call ...

This is Chase Auto Finance. I got call from this number and refinance my car from 7.95% to 3.565%.Pretty good deal. I'll be saving $3785.00 on my car loan.

Grand canyon university..calls & calls its annoying

"Number randomly selected for free federal money that I do not have to pay back." Told to stop calling me several times.

Got this call, something about saving money on Medicare.  Ijust told the lady I don't do this stuff over the phone andhung up.  I am on the do-not-call list. The caller identifiedthemselves at the beginning but I didn't catch what she said.
