Someone called me from this number breathing heavy and wouldn't answer me.

This is a spam offender pretend as a survey company for a car dealer (in this case is the Toyota, in Placentia) call to offer $150 for doing a survey.

keep on receiving rings with our region code of 705, however each time the next 3 digits are different, however often start with a 7. Everytime we pick up, there was no sound on the other side, & when we stay on the other side, a beeping sound occurs as when the other line put the phone down.
