Seems like automated responses and questions two typical consumer answers and questions. It seemed like I was talking to a bot

Called in the middle of the night, no voicemail.

The FCC received a complaint for Unwanted Calls from Orcutt, California on 2020-03-20

I would like to know who called me on this number and did not leave a message

This number called me about six times in one hour. If I answered they would hang up. Finally I called back, and got a weird answering machine message. The options said to be placed on our do not call list to press 1. And I did so hopefully this will make it stop.

we had 4 telephone rings at within 4 seconds & no VM is ended up leaving

I never answered the phone calls from this number, but somehow they kno my first name. On my voicemail, the lady by the name of Jill said she received my itemized letter. Well, I never sent her anything. I researched this number and it came up as a check cashing place/ shocking cash solutions. Kind of weird. Hope this helps.
