Received a bizarre phone call from this person whom I nor any member of my family have ever heard of.    Confused as to how he found my personal cell phone number.

This number calls all the time. No messages ledt.

Pressing 0 says that was not a option, pressing 1 says you've reached Community Safety these people aren't available gonna voice mail, VM full.
