Was making up fake names on who they were, fake dates, asking if I wanted to go out with them, said they missed me, said they had a good time hooking up with me last week and when I said haha thats funny they pretended not to know what I was talking about. Used alias 'Theresa'. Heard laughing in background, definite prank call.

Called from allegent Capital, sally, tried to call with a very vague message almost sounds legit

Called and didn’t leave a voicemail.

This is the fax number to a scam artist who posts ads for vehicles on oodie. As so as you respond to the the Ad, then he sends out bogus emails WITH SOME FALSE EBAY transaction instructions to for you to send money to his money gram account. Don't fall for it.
