Why did this phone number bother me? I would NEVER do any business with ANYONE bothering me on the phone.

Why call people and hang up when we pick up ? Their number doesn't even accept incalls. Is this a scam for international calling fees?

Transaction with luxury replica watches online purchase. The amount that they tried to bill my credit card was different from the transaction. They were also billing from somewhere outside of the US. The lady who called from this number said she was in Florida. She could not account for the difference between transaction amount and amount being charged on the account. I suspect this is fraud.
