Millions Call

received call from +506-226-4228 with a 6 on the end.  Did not answer.  They left no message

Google screened the call, which resulted in the caller hangi ...

Must be robocall or spammer. No message left

It was a recorded message that sounded something like this (not quite verbatim): This is to inform you that I'm calling from the RCS. It is imperative that you call the State Office Attourney immediately. Then the message is repeated and ends. They did not give me a chance to connect. I did not return a call. Just another California robocall from an area code where many come from.

He said he was at one number. but caller ID said he was at another. just want to confirm.  I researched Precision Funding on the Internet and found too many companies by that name; and none with either of the numbers I saw on the phone or heard him give to me.  I just want to know if this is a trusted caller.
