same here. when i try to call back, there is actually an answering service, but the mailbox is always full. it sounds like the voice says, 'call right marketing service' tho.

Which they then use to confirm a call originating from Your phone to them. A sleazy way to make it appear that You have actually called them. Also able, through 3rd party apps to clone a number and scan your contact list, which is illegal and in violation of FCC Regulations.
