someone called me from this number...did not answer... looked it up and it says it is SPAM

Just. A call. Nobody would answer when I said hello. They hung up on me so I called back and hung up on them. Not a big deal but since I got this. Phone I have received lots of out of state calls from people I don't know. (

Illegal debt collection

stated 'hello?' heard weird, distant mans voice. subsequently we heard our previous hi recurring back to us. we stated 'hi' again, this is repeated, stated 'who was this?' etc. & our own voice is recurring back in our ear. really creepy.

Caller never leaves a message. When call is answered, asks for me by first name. My husband asked who was calling, and the guy said his name was Jim Garrison, then hung up.
