Received weird text that read 'hey luv' and then a smiley face. My landline phone also started ringing off the hook after. All of this after I filled out a credit application online. ALL 951 NUMBERS ARE SCAMS AND THIS AREA OF CA SEEMS TO BE A SCAM ARTISTS COMMUNITY. THEY GET YOUR INFO FROM OTHER COMPANIES AND TRY TO SCAM YOU FOR MONEY!!

This was the 2nd time i have recived a telephone ring with this no. in two weeks on our mobile phone. these people never ever pass on a msg & we have no clue who this is. we never ever reply the telephone when we do not know the no.

Credit card calls (lower rates) won't listen to be removed and told that our number is on 'DO NOT CALL' just slams up phone.

I called the number and it is for a company called PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATES COMPANY located in Denver Colorado. I did a web search and found their website w.professional-affiliates.com. Looks like they are a collection agency
