CID NOT ASSIGNED. Other websites report breast cancer charity or SCAM, the latter being my suspicion because of the caller ID. No message left. If no message left and/or bad CID, I say scam/fraud. Blocked entire area code.

When you return the call you get a recording saying that the number is a magic jack. The towel head can't pronouns my first nor last name. So the call didn't get very far.
