UNKNOWN caller, most likely from a marketing department for a business chain wanting you to work from home. I found that I was getting a lot of these 646 type numbers when I filled out a questionnaire about wanting to work from home. I started to block them all.

Called me, called back and was told he was an agent from IRS saying I owed money. Never received anything in the mail from IRS.

They asked me if i wanna get charged for 9.00$. and they hang up after that
