had three rings with this no. tonight. picked up one, this requested us to accept charges, & we did not hear exactly what this is about, therefore we pressed 1 to accept & subsequently the line went dead. rang the no. back & this is somebody in Guam who did not talk English. do not recognise that this is a 'scam' however surely strange, therefore i would watch out for this.

The person calling informed us Qwest (the telephone firm we use) is switching it is local & long-distance customers to a firm rang Impact Telecom. we rang Qwest to confirm this, & these people stated these people were not switching customers.
