These types of messages are always tempting to view because of the urgency and curiosity to see what they may be claiming. Also not that there is no introduction and the last part of the sentence contains an internet shorthand version of "before," along with a foreign formatting of the time. Do not click on the link. Block and delete.

I've got someone texting me from this number, wanting to buy my truck posted on craigslist and he wants to buy without seeing the truck and wants to pay through paypal which is why I find this strange.
