Caller says not calling them means I am intentionally refusing to appear about something to do with the irs. Even came up as irs scam

Caller did not leave any message just a hang up.

Robocaller.

I have gotten several phone calls, most of the ones have been taken by my wife, before she hung up. I listened to the man tonight as he said he was sending a FedEx package to me containing lots of money. He said the company was paying 99% of the shipping expense and that I would owe $99.00.  On the caller ID it gives the phone number, cell phone, JM. I would appreciate it if you can determine who these folks are and put a halt on this type harassment.

fed up of mystery rings with no.s, including this one without a msg, & even more annoyingly the one's with the automated msgs.

I have told this number not to call they continue past year.
