Called my cell phone and dont know this person.

When they called me I picked up the phone and got no answer tried calling back but got a busy tone

This is a person who works where I work, I ahve told him not to call me at all. He has called and cursed out my Husband I guess he likes me, he wont leave us alone. Next I WLL call the police.

Recording saying our vehicle warranty was about to expire etc. Hung up.

This caller left a text message saying -we want to send you a package but need your reply. Click on this.-I did not click on the site. I texted to ask what this was about but he did not text me back. At best this is a telemarketer; at worst they are after financial info, as in :-we will send you this (fake) package but we need you to cover the small shipping charge with your credit card.-Do NOT click on their site!
