I recieved a call from this number. Might be an app someone downloaded

Received 2 calls from this number ... inquiring about business, called back and message said that "At the subscribers request, this number is no longer accepting incoming calls."

Who called from this number.

came across as potential spam on Verizon Network

i think it is a scam. they said they were a collection company but when you try to call them back it says its a wrong number.

I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone, and I have absolutely NO CLUE what they pertain to. Maybe somebody else will know.
