Obvious scam. Robocall offering "refund" if you call a certain number

Some woman called from this number stating that she was calling my Aunt and she was from some financial company. When I asked specifics after specifying that I was her nephew and I am doing her finances for her she became defensive and only told me that she wanted to talk to my Aunt because it was a 'personal business' matter. So I asked her if she was from a collection agency, but she said she was from a finance company (I believe she said City Finance). I cannot stand people who want to do 'personal business' with my disabled aunt instead of explaining the situation to me as I am her caregiver and financial adviser. So I just told her that if she was not willing to specify the nature of the business, I would have to hang up the phone. And I did.

I received the following via text message: "HometownFinancial:Too many Payday Loans? End Fees & Interest now. Get 75% back & KEEP ur Money! Call 800.531.3071! 1 Msg per month. Text STOP 2 quit,HELP 4 info" I've since blocked the number as I did not reply in fear of multiple response. I wish these folks would leave me alone!
