Called my number and hanged up. Tried calling number back and doesn’t answer.

I got a txt message about an "anonymous" ecard...the ecard was a secret admierer note that made no sense, really, in my opinion. Not sure if it's real, but the message suggests it's someone I've known for a while snd no one I've been in continued contact with would send me such an asenine message.

I didn’t answer. I callled back right away and went to a voicemail stating that all agents were busy or it was outside of their business hours. I received the call at 8:20pm CST.
